대학생 핵심역량 진단결과 피드백 시스템 구성요소 도출 및 프로토타입 개발

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생의 맞춤형 핵심역량 체계 구축을 위해 핵심역량 진단결과 피드백 시스템의 구성요소를 도출하고 프로토타입을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 대학과 기관의 역량 진단 시스템 사례를 조사하고, 전문가 델파이를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 핵심역량 진단결과 시스템 구성요소로는 역량 진단 안내, 역량 진단결과 안내, 역량 프로그램 추천의 세 개 영역과 하위 12개 요소가 도출되었다. 또한, 학생들이 핵심역량 진단결과를 이해하고 활용할 수 있도록 시각적인 그래프, 개별 피드백, 요약 정보 등을 제공하는 진단결과 피드백 시스템 화면 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 핵심역량 진단 시스템 구성을 위한 체계적인 프레임워크와 실제적 구현 방안을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 대학생이 자신의 역량을 이해하고 발전시킬 수 있는 도구를 제공하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.;This study aims to identify the essential components and develop a prototype for a core competency assessment feedback system of university students. A thorough review of core competency assessment systems from domestic universities and institutions was conducted. Additionally, expert Delphi method was implemented to further refine the feedback system components. This process identified three main areas: competency assessment guidance, competency assessment result explanation, and competency program recommendations, which were furthre subdivided into 12 sub-components. A prototype was subsequently developed, offering students intuitive visual representations, such as graphs, personalized feedback, and concise summaries, in order to enhance their understanding and application of their competency assessment results. This study presents both a structured framework and practical implementation strategies for core competency assessment feedback system. The findings are anticipated to provide university students with the essential tools necessary for effectively comprehending and advancing their competencies.
