대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로불안의 관계: 계획된 우연기술로 조절된 사회비교경향성의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 대학생의 진로불안의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술로 조절된 사회비교경향성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 전국 시/도의 대학생을 대상으로 하여 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 사회비교경향성, 진로불안, 계획된 우연기술을 측정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 350명의 자료를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 24.0과 SPSS Process Macro 3.5를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 매개효과와 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과 순으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로불안의 관계에서 사회비교경향성의 부분매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 사회비교경향성과 진로불안의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로불안의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의해 조절된 사회비교경향성의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 사회비교경향성을 통해 대학생의 높은 진로불안으로 이어지는 과정에서 계획된 우연기술이 보호요인이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 대학생의 진로불안에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 줄이기 위해 계획된 우연기술이 포함된 진로 관련한 교육 및 프로그램 개발의 방향성을 제안하였고, 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. | The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of social comparison tendency moderated by planned happenstance skills in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career insecurity of university students. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted for university students in cities and provinces nationwide, and data of 350 people were used in this study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SPSS Process Macro 3.5. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the partial mediating effect of the social comparison tendency was found to be significant in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career insecurity of university students. Second, in the relationship between university students' social comparison tendency and career insecurity, the moderating effect of planned happenstance skills was found to be significant. Third, in the relationship between university students' intolerance of uncertainty and career insecurity, the mediating effect of the social comparison tendency moderated by planned happenstance skills was found to be significant. These results suggest that planned happenstance skills can be a protective factor in the process where the mediating effects of social comparison tendency in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career insecurity of university students. Therefore, in order to reduce the negative impact on university students' career insecurity, the direction of career-related education and program development that includes planned happenstance skills was proposed, and the limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
