청소년의 불안정 애착과 비자살적 자해의 관계: 외로움과 부정 조급성의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 불안정 애착과 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 외로움과 부정 조급성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 거주하는 청소년을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 377명의 응답 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 친밀 관계 경험 검사, 자해기능 평가지, UCLA 외로움 척도, 다차원적 충동성의 부정 조급성 척도를 사용하였으며 SPSS 25.0과 PROCESS macro 4.3을 이용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안정 애착(애착불안, 애착회피)과 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 애착불안과 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 부정 조급성의 매개효과는 유의하였고, 애착회피와 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 부정 조급성의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 불안정 애착(애착불안, 애착회피)과 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 외로움과 부정 조급성의 순차매개효과가 유의하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점을 제시하였고 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구 방향을 논의하였다.|This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of loneliness and negative urgency in the relationship between insecure attachment and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) among adolescents. An online survey was conducted with a total of 377 participants from across the country. The instruments used in the study included the Experiences in Close Relationships Scale, the Functional Assessment of Self Mutilation Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale, and the Negative Urgency subscale of the UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro 4.3 to investigate the mediating effects. The results of the study are as follows: First, the mediating effect of loneliness was not significant in the relationship between insecure attachment (anxiety and avoidance) and NSSI. Second, the mediating effect of negative urgency was significant in the relationship between anxiety attachment and NSSI, while the mediating effect of negative urgency was not significant in the relationship between avoidance attachment and NSSI. Third, sequential mediation was found, where both loneliness and negative urgency sequentially mediated the relationship between insecure attachment(anxiety and avoidance) and NSSI. Based on these findings, the significance and implications of the study were discussed, as well as the limitations and directions for future research.
