학습자관점에 온라인 강의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

Abstract

온라인 교육은 온라인 플랫폼의 급속한 발전과 지식 결제(Pay-for-knowledge)의 인기로 인해 정보기술과 교육이 융합된 형태로 발전하고 있다. 온라인 교육 플랫폼은 사용자 수가 빠르게 증가하기에 사용자의 충성도를 유지하는 것이 과제가 되었다. 따라서 강의 품질의 향상되었고 이에 온라인 교육이 지속적으로 발전할 수 있는 중요한 방향이 되었다. 따라서 학습자의 학습 만족도를 높이기 위해 온라인 강의 자원의 문제점을 파악하는 것이 매우 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 입장에서 강의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 학습 만족도를 측정하는 기준을 사용하였다. 이를 위해 강의 평가 지표를 활용하여 강의 품질을 4가지 차원으로 분류하였으며, 각 차원에 대해 감정을 부여하고 이러한 감정과 강의 만족도 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 강의 내용, 학습 경험 품질, 그리고 강의 만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있는 3개의 차원이 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 플랫폼 기술 차원은 강의 만족도에 미미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비정형 리뷰 텍스트 데이터를 의미 있는 정보로 변환하여 온라인 강의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 더 잘 이해하는 데 기여한다. 연구를 통해 현재의 온라인 강의 학습 만족도 상황을 분석하고, 온라인 강의 자원의 개발 시 의사결정을 지원하는데 실질적인 의미를 갖을 수 있게 된다.|With the rapid development of online platforms and the widespread adoption of knowledge-based payment models, online education is evolving by integrating information technology and education. As the user count continues to increase, maintaining user loyalty has become a challenge for online education platforms. Consequently, enhancing teaching quality has emerged as a crucial focus for the ongoing advancement of online education. Within this context, identifying issues related to online lecture resources becomes imperative to enhance learners' satisfaction with their learning experience. This study aimed to identify factors influencing lecture satisfaction from the learner's perspective, using predefined criteria for measuring learning satisfaction. To accomplish this, lecture quality was classified into four dimensions using lecture evaluation metrics, and emotions were attributed to each dimension. Subsequently, the relationship between these emotions and lecture satisfaction was established. The study findings demonstrate a significant positive correlation between lecture content, quality of learning experience, and lecture satisfaction, as indicated by the three identified dimensions. In contrast, the impact of platform technology on classroom satisfaction was found to be negligible. This research contributes to enhancing our understanding of the factors that influence online lecture satisfaction by converting unstructured review text data into meaningful insights. Moreover, it holds practical significance in analyzing the current state of satisfaction with online course learning and aiding decision-making regarding the development of online course resources.
