dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to observe the assessment of body composition(body weight, % body fat, WHR) and physical fitness(grip strength, sit-up, VO2max, sergeant jump, side step, and sit and reach) in public servant of middle-aged men. Subjects of this study were public servant 660 males who were 40's and 50's. Statical analysis were performed using analysis of t-test and correlation analysis. The significance was p<.05. The results of this study were as follows: There were significant difference between 40' and 50' for WHR(p<.05), FVC(p<.001), sit-up(p<.001), VO2max(p<.01), and sit and reach(p<.05). In correlation analysis, age were negatively associated with body weight(p<.05), and positively associated with WHR(p<.001), FVC(p<.001), sit-up(p<.001), VO2max(p<.01), and sit and reach(p<.05).-
