Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate that the effect of ingesting conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and having combined exercises for 12 weeks to body composition, social physique anxiety and physical self efficacy of female college students. 20 female students (Group that taken CLA : 12, Group that taken Placebo : 8) were participated from C university who has Body Mess Index (BMI) over 20, and has no danger in health when they take combined exercises and CLA. Group of CLA is requied to take a CLA 6 unit 500mg for 12 weeks without time limitation. in another group with placebo, they were covered with 3.g/day corn oil by same method of CLA. coordination exercise is consists of warm up, main exercise and cool down for 90 min for 12 week(3 times per week). Collected data were analyzed by two-way mixed ANOVA, and the results are as follow. First, according to the results, data was collected by means of both groups had CLA and PLAC were increased about body weight and BMI after 12weeks of combined exercise program. Second, according to the results, data was collected by means of both groups had CLA and PLAC were decreased about physically expressed satisfaction after 12 weeks of combined exercise program. But both group were increased about negative physique evaluation. Third, according to the results, data was collected by means of exercise with CLA group were increased about recognized-physical ability, but exercise with PLAC group were decreased. While exercise with CLA group decreased, exercise with PLAC group increased on physical self efficacy.
