Abstract
The subject was customers of golf driving range, 5 golf range at Seoul and another 5 golf range at Gyeonggi-do. Sampling was done by convenience sampling that was one of non-probability sampling. 741 copies of the questionnaire were used. SPSS 18.0 was used. Frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used. The findings were: Firstly, motivation for participation varied depending upon customer characteristics to have significant difference at sociality (p<.01) of the ages and health (p<.05) of monthly household income. Secondly, physical service environment varied depending upon customer characteristics to have significant difference at facility environment (p<.05) of the educational background and facility environment (p<.05) of monthly household income. Thirdly, Revisit decision-making varied depending upon customer characteristics to have significant difference at idea of the Recommendation Intention (p<.05) of the educational background and continuity (p<.05) of monthly household income.
