패션 디자인에나타난 과장 표현에 관한 연구썀

Abstract

역사적으로 의상에 나타난 과장은 인체를 좀 더 이 상적으로 표현하기 위한 시도였다. 그러나 오늘날에는 대상을 드러내기 위해서가 아니라 규범적인 것을 부 정하고 일상에서 이탈되는 것을 표현한다. 즉, 현대 패션 디자인에서의 과장은 대상의 일부분을 의도적으 로 크게 확대하고 실제보다 크게 과장하여 표현하는 방식이다. 인체를 사실보다 확대하고 의도적으로 강조 함으로써 타인의 시선을 멈추게 하는 표현이다. 표현 양상은 기존의 가치체계에서 추구하던 인체의 균형과 대칭에서 벗어나 새로운 생동감과 극단적인 변화를 준다. 그 방법으로 균형체계의 파괴와 확대 과장의 이 미지로 변형되거나 비정형적인 형태 등으로 나타난다. 본 연구의 목적은 2002년 이후 여성복 컬렉션에 나

타 난 인 체 를 과장 표현한 작품을 고찰하여 그 안에 내재된 조형의지와 창의적 발상의 가능성을 제시하는 데 있다. 각 시대의 미의식과 인체의 부분적으로 과장 된 예 를 현 대 패 션 을 중 심 으 로 분 석 하 고 과 거 서 구 복식의 사례를 들어 비교 연구하였다.

이러한 연구결과, 패션에서의 과장표현은 여성의 몸 을 억압하고 통제하는 표현양식으로 등장하고 있으며, 은폐와 노출의 이중적인 양상의 혼합적 형태로 드러 나고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 기존의 이상적 여성상 의 탈피가 의상의 전통적 표현법의 해체로 연결되어 인 체 의 예 측되지 않은 부분의 과장적 표현 형태를 나타내고 있는 것을 고찰하였다. 인체의 이상적 형태 를 벗 어 난 과 장 된 표 현 으 로 인체의 자연적 비례를 무시하고，디자이너의 주관에 따라 고의로 과장하여 안정된 시각적 균형과 단조로운 형태의 질서를 깨뜨 리기도 한다. 이는 디자이너가 주관적인 감정과 해석 을 불 어 넣 는 과정이기도 하며 동적인 미적 효과를 이끌어 낸다. 이처럼 과장된 이미지는 다양하고 개성 있는 효과와 심미적 긴장감이나 연상을 통한 특별한 감정을 유발시킨 것이다.;Historically, the exaggeration showed through costume was a test to express an idea body. Nowadays, however, it expresses denies regular rules, diverted from common things, not to show an object. Current fashion design exaggeration means an expressive method of showing an object more largely than realistic one on purpose. That is to say，the bodies were emphasized more than its realistic ones by intention, which makes us fixed our eyes. The expressive way takes newly active and extreme changes escaping body's balance and symmetry that human beings pursued, which shows destruction, exaggeration and enlargement or abnormal shapes for symmetrical system.

This study aims at understanding formative purpose and creative ideas after analyzing the body's exaggerative expression from women's collections since 2002. This paper analyzes physical exaggerative examples beauty and illustrated from each period focusing current fashion, and catches the western costume in the past.

As An exaggerative expression showed from fashion illustrates an expressive way to control and suppress women's which body,shows

duplicated forms like concealment and exposure.women's appearances dismantled traditional fashion expression, which is formed into exaggerative

expression without prediction. As an exaggera仕ve expression deviated from the body's ideal shape, it ignores the body's natural comparison, and destroys stable, visual balance and simple shapes after exaggeration according to designer's subjectivity, which is a process that a designer develops subjective emotion, or induces an active effect. So, the exaggerated images induce special emotions with characteris仕c effects and beauty and guess.
