공간 시스템 접근 방법을 통한 실내구성 요소의 배치 분석－주거공간의 평면설계를 중심으로－

Abstract

주거공간은 단순한 주거기능 이상의 인간 물리적 요소, 채광과 환기와 같은 환경 심리적 요소를 동시에고려한 심층적 설계가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 공간에 거주하고자하는 사용자들의 이상적 배치형태와 그들의 물리적 심리적 패턴을 고려한 공간 반영을 극대화 할 필요성이 제기된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 공간 내부 요소들의 배치 방안을 고찰하여 주거공간 설계를위한 효율적 구성 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이에따른연구의 범위 및 방법을 위해 단행본인 이한석(1997)의건축디자인 이론에서 제시된 ‘공간 시스템 접근 방법’을 응용하였다. 이는 공간 설계의 내, 외부 연계요소,이동 요소인 가구를 중심으로 요소 간의 연계성을 중심으로 하는 시스템 접근방식 중 하나이다. 이에따른세부내용을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 주거공간에해당하는 이론을 고찰하며 연구모형을 제시한다. 둘째,주거공간의 범위는 작업과 휴식의 물리적 행위가 공통으로 이루어지는 서재 겸 작업 공간을 연구범위로 한정한다. 셋째, 단위평면을 기준으로 책상, 침대, 창, 문을 변수로 산정한다. 넷째, 공간 디자인 시스템 분석과인구 성별학적 특성을 기준으로 각 타잎 별 특징을 파악하기로 한다. 주거공간 요소에 대한 분석을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주거공간 요소의 배치는 건축적요소에 해당하는 문과 창을 하나의 축으로 우선 설정한다. 둘째, 분석결과 대부분 창이 기준이 되는 것으로나타났다. 셋째, 문을 중심으로 하는 경우, 각 인체 물리적, 환경 심리적 영역의 활용을 극대화하는 경향이짙으며 창을 중심으로 하는 경우 두 요소의 복합적인활용에 초점을 둔다. 넷째, 남성의 경우 문에 기준을두는 경향이 짙으며 각 영역의 명확한 분할을 시도하는 경우가 짙다. 공간배분이 어느 한 요소를 중심으로하는 경우보다는 공간에 중심을 두고 기타 요소들을복합형성하는 것이 요구사항을 충족시켜 나갈 수 있는유리한 패턴이라는 분석이다. 결국, 인간의 활동영역과채광, 휴식이 겸해지는 심리적 영역이 융화되어 제시되는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다.;A function of residential space is not limited to residence. It should have more function. Especially, Residential space should be considered to effective plan which is suggested by resident, and has more mean than architecture mass plan. Residential plan should be needed to plan in depth research into human physical factor such as accessibility, safety, usability and environmental psychological elements such as light shaft and ventilation. To achieve this, residential space should reflect physical and psychological life pattern, their design opinion and find a way to maximize them efficiency. So, this study is research about placement of residential plan which is sketched by subject and seek for effective process of residential elements. This method applied by Han Seok. Lee(1997) who published book which name is ``space system method``, it`s about connecting elements and furniture to find out characteristic of plan. And, a method and range of this study as follows. First, we study about residential space, elements and suggests a hypothesis of this study. Second, range of this study is limited to support room which supports work and rest. Third, elements for experiment plan is limited to window, door, bed, desk. Fourth, study analysis is focused to design system approach and sexual comparative analysis. And we suggests a characteristic of plan type. A conclusion of analysis as follows. First, subjects are planning a axis, it is connect door with window. Second, follows as conclusion of analysis, plan is focused to door location. Third, in case of plan which is focused to door, plan is to be divided area-physical and psychological area-to maximize, and in case of plan which is focused to window, plan is focused to complex physical and psychological area. Fourth, in case of man, point of plan is to door, try to divide area frequently. Conclusion of analysis is more important a complex which contains functions as physical and psychology than divide them. And point of area is center of space. Finally, it is important to complex physical with psychological function in residential space.
