Abstract
A topological isomer based on Zn-2 paddlewheel, dicarboxylate, and diamine ligands is synthesized by solvothermal methods after careful modulation of the reaction conditions. The new framework is characterized by a pillared Kagome net topology and possesses a sustainable pore structure with high surface area (similar to 2400 m(2)/g) and large hexagonal channels (similar to 15 angstrom).
