dc.description.abstractThis study is aimed at utilizing LCA processor with BIM template, eliciting the problems of the existing CO2 assessment by constructing the database for values of green buildings. With the rise of Building Information Modeling application and green building assessment, studies on assessment of CO2 emissions from buildings using BIM are needed. Based on the research of construction materials, this study develops database by applying Korea Procurement Agency Item Code to BIM Template. In BIM program, while Procurement Agency Item Code of construction material information is established, application building components to its assesment is also performed. After constructing BIM materials based on database, input-output tables and Korea LCI database to standard item code of public procurement service are also used for assessment The results of this research make it possible to assess CO2 emissions of materials with BIM Template and building data modeling implementation.-
