대형 도시의 복합 기능 청년 공동주택 설계

Abstract

본 논문은 대도시를 배경으로 청년의 주거 상황과 수요에 관한 조사와 연구를 수행하고, 적합한 대상지 선정을 통하여 청년 공동주택의 구상과 설계를 하며, 이를 통하여 당대 청년주택 건축 공간의 구성과 연구를 하는 것이다. 도시의 빠른 발전과 도시화 수준의 가속화는 사람들의 생활 조건을 개선하고 삶의 질을 향상시키는 동시에 대량 인구의 이동을 가져왔고, 대형 도시의 건축밀도의 증가와 신규 증가 인구의 주택 문제는 사회의 초점으로 대두되었다. 특히 청년 인구가 끊임없이 대형 도시로 이동함에 따라 도시의 청년 인구가 증가 되고 있다. 주택의 상품 가치 속성이 강해짐에 따라 주택의 거주 기능이라는 근본적인 속성이 점차 약화 되고 사회에 갓 발을 디디기 시작한 청년들이 갈수록 비싼 집값에 주저하게 된다. 하지만 대형 도시의 주택시장은 여전히 성장 가능성이 있다. 주택의 기능을 최적화하여 거주하는 사람들의 수요에 부합되는 주택으로 만드는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이는 도시인구가 그 거주하고 있는 주택의 기능에 어울리지 않는 모순을 상당히 감소시킬 것이다. 이번 설계는 주택시장이 유망한 중국을 대상지로 선정, 중국 청년 인구의 주거 수요 조사와 연구를 바탕으로 공동주택(co-housing)과 복합기능(mixed-use)이라는 두 가지 개념을 융합하여 대형 도시의 복합기능 청년 공동주택을 구상과 설계한다. 본 논문은 7장으로 나뉜다. 제1장은 본문의 연구 대상과 배경, 연구 방법과 의의 등을 소개한다. 제2장은 이번 연구의 핵심 키워드와 수행한 관련 조사연구를 소개하였다. 제3장은 연구에 대한 중국 대형 도시 청년 주거 수요 조사를 다른 학자들의 연구 결과와 대비하여 중국 대형 도시 청년 주거 수요와 관련된 결론을 얻었다. 제4장은 대상지의 선택과 분석을 소개했다. 제5장은 디자인 과정과 사고를 소개한다. 제6장은 설계의 최종 결과물을 소개하고 최종 설계 도면를 제시한다. 제7장은 본 연구의 총괄로서 결론과 함께 문제점을 검토하였다.

Mixed-use Youth Co-housing Design Study in Big City

Based on the living conditions and needs of young people in big cities, this paper carries out relevant investigation and research, and selects suitable site to carry out the conception and design of youth co-housing, so as to carry out the composition and research of contemporary youth residential space. The rapid development of cities and the acceleration of urbanization level have not only improved people's living conditions and quality of life, but also brought a large number of population's migration. The building density of large cities has increased and the housing problem of newly added population has become the focus of social attention. In particular, the continuous migration of youth population to large cities, has brought to increase of the youth population. With the enhancement of the property of housing's commodity value, the fundamental property of housing's living function is gradually weakened, so that more and more young people who have just started to establish themselves in the society become afraid of the high housing price. Still, the housing market in big cities has potential. It is very important to optimize the function of the residence and make it meet residents' needs. This will, to a large extent, reduce the contradiction between the urban population and the housing functions they live in. China, which has great development prospects in the housing market, is selected as the site location of this design project. Based on the investigation and research of the housing needs of Chinese youth population, the concept and design of mixed-use youth co-housing in large cities are conceived and designed by integrating the two concepts of co-housing and mixed-use. This thesis is divided into 7 chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the research object and background, research methods and significance of this paper. Chapter 2 introduces the key words of this research as well as what related research has been done in research process. In Chapter 3, the residential demand of young people in large cities in China is investigated and compared with the survey results of other scholars, the conclusion about the residential demand of young people in large cities in China is drawn. Chapter 4 introduces the selection and analysis of site. Chapter 5 introduces the design process and thoughts. Chapter 6 introduces the final result of the design, by representing the drawing. Chapter 7 is the summary and conclusion of this research, and the shortcomings are discussed at the same time.
