도심 공원 조성이 가구에너지 소비에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 도시공원이 조성이 인근 아파트 전기 및 가스에너지 소비량에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 그 목적이 존재한다. 본 연구의 공간적 범위는 부산광역시 부산진구이며, 시간적 범위는 부산시민공원의 조성시점인 2014년을 기준으로 전·후인 2011년부터 2013년, 2015년부터 2017년이다. FGLS모형을 적용한 이중차분법을 통한 실증분석 결과에 따르면 부산시민공원의 조성은 전기에너지와 가스에너지 사용량을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 부산시민공원의 조성은 온도저감효과 및 습도증가, 공기순환 등 공원의 순기능으로 인해 위와 같은 결과가 도출된 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 분석결과는 탄소중립 및 지속가능한 도시개발의 한 방안으로 도시공원 조성이 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다. |This study aims to analyze the impacts of the development of an urban park on adjacent household’s energy consumption. This study employs a difference in differences method based on FGLS to scrutinize such dynamics in Busanjin-gu, Busan from 2011 to 2017, before and after the time of supply of urban park. The empirical results suggest that, both electric energy consumption and gas energy consumption, urban park led to the nearby household’s energy consumption decrease. It is believed that the above results were derived due to the temperature reduction effect, humidity increase, and air circulation of the urban park. These analysis results suggest that the creation of urban parks can be used as a way of carbon neutrality and sustainable urban development.
