기업 맞춤형 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼 모델 추천을 위한 영향 요인 분석 연구

Abstract

많은 기업과 부서에서 스마트워크(본 연구에서는 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼이라 칭함)를 도입하고자 하는 계획은 있지만, 정해진 기준이 없어 도입을 망설이는 사례가 많다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 실무에서 많이 사용하는 여러 요소들로 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼 모델을 선택할 수 있는 연구를 진행한다. 본 연구는 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼 도입 시 기업에 따른 적합한 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 제공하고자 기업의 규모 및 고려사항 등 여러 속성으로 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 한 번이라도 사용해본 IT담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼 도입 시 기업의 규모에 따른 고려할 점, 희망하는 기능, 운영 비용 절감과 업무 개선, 보안 사고 감소를 하기 위해 고려해야 할 점 등 총 10가지의 교차분석을 위한 변수들을 설정 하였다. 교차 분석 결과 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 도입하기 위해 근로자 사용 범위를 컨설팅 받는 것, 업무가 개선되기 위해 근로자 특징에 맞게 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 할당 하게 되면 자유로운 업무 환경과 업무 개선이 된다는 점, 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 도입 하게 되면 보안사고가 줄어들기 때문에 운영 비용도 같이 절감할 수 있다는 유의미한 값이 나왔다. 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 기업과 부서의 특징에 맞게 할당되므로 근로자의 업무가 개선되며 효율적인 자원 관리가 되어 결국 운영비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 직무에 따른 분할된 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 도입하여 사무직에는 사무프로그램을, 디자이너에겐 디자인프로그램을, 판매직과 영업직엔 영업 관련 프로그램을, 현장에서는 재고파악, 발주프로그램 또는 장비 입출 시스템을 각 기업과 부서에 맞게 할당할 수 있다. 따라서 효율적인 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 할당할 수 있으며 효율적인 관리가 가능할 것으로 보인다. 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 도입하여 직원들에게 공유오피스, 예약제 회의실, 재택근무를 비롯한 스마트오피스를 시행할 시 근로자의 업무가 개선될 것이다. 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼 도입 후 업체 사에서 제공하는 보안시스템으로 보안 사고가 감소하면 보안 사고로 인한 비용 지출이 감소되어 결국 기업의 운영비용이 감소할 것이다. 따라서 기업 혹은 부서의 업무 방향성 등 영향 요인 등을 잘 분석하여 기업과 부서에 맞는 최적의 가상화 솔루션 플랫폼을 컨설팅받는 것이 필요하다.|Many companies and departments have plans to introduce smart work (referred to as a virtualization solution platform in this study), but there are many cases where they hesitate to introduce it because there are no set standards. To this end, this paper conducts a study that allows you to select a virtualization solution platform model with various elements that are widely used in practice. In order to provide a suitable virtualization solution platform for each company when introducing a virtualization solution platform, this study surveyed IT managers who have used the virtualization solution platform at least once with various attributes such as the size and consideration of the company. When introducing a virtualization solution platform, a total of 10 variables for cross-analysis were set, including considerations according to the size of the company, desired functions, operational cost reduction and business improvement, and security incident reduction. Cross-analysis shows that consulting workers to adopt a virtualization solution platform, allocating a virtualization solution platform to improve their work experience and work improvement, and introducing a virtualization solution platform can reduce security incidents and reduce operating costs. Virtualization solution platforms are assigned to the characteristics of companies and departments, improving workers' work and reducing operating costs by efficient resource management. In addition, a divided virtualization solution platform can be used to assign office programs to office workers, design programs to designers, sales programs to sales and sales jobs, and inventory, ordering programs, or equipment entry and exit systems to companies and departments on site. Therefore, it seems that an efficient virtualization solution platform can be allocated and efficient management is possible. By introducing a virtualization solution platform, workers' work will be improved when they implement smart offices, including shared offices, reservation rooms, and telecommuting, to employees. If security incidents are reduced with the security system provided by the company after the introduction of the virtualization solution platform, the cost of security incidents will be reduced, which will eventually reduce the operating cost of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze influencing factors such as the work direction of a company or department well and consult with the optimal virtualization solution platform suitable for the company and department.
