- Abstract
- Poly(3,4ethylenedioxythiophene): Poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT: PSS) is an electrically conductive polymer and is one of the next-generation new materials to replace ITO (Indium Thin Oxide) and metal. However, the electrical conductivity of PEDOT:PSS is not high enough to replace ITO. In this study, to increase the electrical conductivity of PEDOT:PSS, the effects of silver nanowires, the addition of surfactants by type, the change in surfactant carbon length, and the post-treatment dipping were confirmed. Polyethylene oxide (PEO) and poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) were used as support materials to fabricate PEDOT:PSS nanofibers through the electrospinning method. The nanofibers were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the electrical resistance was measured with a multimeter. The results showed that the best performance was when the anionic surfactant SDS was added, and the electrical resistance decreased from 4 M Ω to 2 K Ω. when dipping in ethylene glycol, it decreased to a maximum of 143 Ω.
