나고르노-카라바흐 분쟁에서 러시아의 외교적 입장 : 아르메니아, 아제르바이잔, 터키에 대한 라브로프 운영코드 분석을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 나고르노-카라바흐 분쟁에서 나타나는 러시아의 외교적 입장을 라브로프 운영코드 분석으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 본 연구는 VICS 기법을 통한 운영코드 분석을 통해 라브로프가 아르메니아, 아제르바이잔 그리고 터키에 가지고 있는 외교 인식을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 러시아의 외교 입장을 간접적으로 분석하는 것이다. 분석 결과 라브로프는 세국가에 모두 협력적이고, 긍정적인 외교인식을 가지고 있었다. 즉, 러시아는 세 국가와 밀접한 외교관계를 가지고 있고, 협력적인 외교정책의 필요성을 인식하고 있기 때문에 코카서스 지역에서 나타나는 분쟁을 빠르게 종식시키고, 원만한 합의를 통해 분쟁을 조율한 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 그러나 터키에 대한 운영코드가 혼합적이고, 갈등을 추구할 수 있기 때문에 향후 이와 같은 결과로 분쟁이 마무리 되지 않을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to determine Russia's diplomatic position in the dispute by analyzing Ravrov's operation code. In particular, this research is to exlplore and comprehend Ravrov's diplomatic approach to Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey through analysis of operation code and install a logical ground to gain understanding of Russia's diplomatic stance. In conclusion, Ravrov demonstrates cooperative and positive diplomatic awareness toward all three countries. In other words, Russia likely maintains close diplomatic ties with the three countries and acknowledges the necessity of cooperative foreign policy implementation. Therefore, it can be deduced that the disputes in the Caucasus region have ended prematurely prior to severe escalation, and the involved parties have reached an amicable consensus. However, because the operating code of Turkey shows mixed interpretations and conflict can be resumed, the probability of another dispute still remains significant.
