Abstract
본 연구는 다른 산업의 관점에서 실증적 연구를 진행하고, 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 사용에 상응하는 사회-기술적 과정의 이해에 기여하고, 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 맥락에서 대만 전통 산업의 문헌 격차를 메웠다.|Since the development of digital transformation has gradually become an industry trend, this study explored driving factors of digital transformation of traditional industry enterprises in Taiwan, and discussed the role of dynamic capabilities and organizational culture in digital transformation. This study conducted interviews with executives of Taiwanese manufacturing firms and construction firms through case study method and found that there are still some differences in the driving factors between the two traditional industries. In addition, this study found that sensing capability of the manufacturing and construction industries has an impact on the promotion of digital transformation; seizing capability has an impact on the implementation process of the digital transformation; transforming capability has an impact on the sustainability of the digital transformation. And organizational culture will support firms to implement digital transformation. This study conducts empirical research from the perspective of different industries, contributes to the understanding of the socio-technical process corresponding to the use of digital transformation, and filled the literature gap of Taiwanese traditional industries in the context of digital transformation.
