청소년의 비행경험이 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 비행 경험이 있는 청소년을 대상으로 청소년 비행 경험과 학교폭력 가해행동 간의 관계에서 역기능적 분노표현이 매개효과를 가지는지 살펴보고, 이러한 매개효과를 자기위로능력이 조절하는지 알아보기 위해 조절된 매개분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 14~19세 청소년 382명을 대상으로 비행 경험척도, 학교폭력 가해경험척도, 상태-특성 분노표현 척도(STAXI-Korean Version), 자기위로능력 척도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이중 불성실하게 답하거나 무응답 문항이 있는 88부를 제외한 총 294부의 자료를 분석하였다. 결과를 분석하기 위해 SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램과 Process Macro 3.5 버전을 사용하였으며 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석을 실시한 결과 비행경험, 학교폭력 가해행동, 자기위로능력 사이에 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 역기능적 분노표현 중 분노표출만이 비행경험, 학교폭력 가해행동, 자기위로능력에 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 통해 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 청소년 비행경험과 학교폭력 가해행동 간의 관계를 역기능적 분노표현 중 분노표출이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 자기위로능력이 학교폭력 가해행동에 대한 분노표출의 영향력을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 청소년 비행경험이 학교폭력 가해행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 분노표출이 이를 매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 분노표출과 학교폭력 가해행동 간의 관계가 자기위로능력의 수준에 따라 달라지는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 통해 비행경험이 있는 청소년의 학교폭력 가해행동을 감소시키기 위한 다양한 개입방법들을 논의하였으며, 상담 및 교육 장면에서의 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제공하였다.

| This study researched dysfunctional anger expression would have mediation effects in the relationship between experience of juvenile delinquency and school violence, focusing on juveniles who had experienced delinquency. This study conducted adjusted mediation analysis in order to verify whether self-comfort ability could control the mediation effects. It surveyed 382 juveniles aged from 14 to 19 year-old students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Do on the delinquency experience scale, school violence experience scale, State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI-Korean Version), and Soothing Receptivity Scale. Among them, this study excluded 88 surveys which have insincere answers or no answers. In order to analyze a result, this study utilized the SPSS Statistics 24.0 program and Process Macro 3.5 version, and major results are as follows. First, as a result of correlation analysis, it found that there is a significant correlation among delinquency experience, school violence, and self-comfort ability. Among dysfunctional anger expressions, only anger-out has a significant correlation with delinquency experience, school violence, and self-comfort ability. Second, as a result of verifying the mediating effect through three-step mediating regression analysis, it found that only the anger-out of dysfunctional anger expression has partial mediating effects on correlation between juvenile delinquency experience and school violence. Third, as a result of verifying mediating effect through hierarchical regression analysis, it found that self-comfort ability could moderate the influence of anger-out on school violence. Fourth, as a result of verifying the moderated mediating effect, it found that anger-out could moderate the process when the juvenile delinquency experience affects school violence and the correlation between anger-out and school violence was changed depending on a level of self-comforting ability, so that the moderated mediating effects work. Based on the results, this study discussed many intervention methods to reduce school violence behavior of juveniles who have experienced delinquency, and it presented implications and suggestions for follow-up studies in counseling and education fields.
