안전분위기와 안전행동의 관계에서 집단응집력과 안전동기의 매개효과: 육군 병사를 대상으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 육군 병사들의 안전분위기와 안전행동의 관계를 집단응집력과 안전동기가 매개하는지 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 현재 복무 중인 육군 병사 300명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였으며, 이 중 249명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 24.0과 PROCESS MACRO를 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하였고, 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 활용하여 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 모든 변인들은 상호 간 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 안전동기와 집단응집력은 안전분위기와 안전행동의 관계를 각각 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 아울러, 안전분위기와 안전행동의 관계를 집단응집력과 안전동기가 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 주요 시사점과 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of group cohesion and safety motivation in the relationship between safety climate and safety behaviors among army soldiers. For this purpose, the survey data were collected for 300 soldiers in the service and 249 cases were finally used for data analysis. Mediation effects were tested using SPSS 24.0 and Process Macro and then the significance of indirect effects were determined by bootstrapping. Results indicated that all variables were positively correlated with each other. Also, the relationship between safety climate and safety behaviors was partially mediated by safety motivation and perceived group cohesion, respectively. In addition, the relationship of safety climate to safety behaviors was also mediated sequentially by perceived group cohesion and safety motivation. Based on the findings, implications and limitations of this study were discussed and further research were suggested.
