Abstract
This study investigates and analyzes residents" behaviors and activities using UX(User eXperience) design techniques such as persona to solve problems by deriving hidden needs that are not satisfied with their requirements and it aims to target residents(users) who actually live in building-type share house. The research method according to this is as follows. In order to understand the concept of share house and user experience design and the concept of persona, theoretical study is conducted through related literature and prior research. Through interviewing residents(users), their opinions and experiences on sharing spaces are investigated. Afterwards, the user"s Journey Map is constructed by analyzing the behaviors and activities of users in the sharing space through observational investigation. Based on interviews and observational investigation, a persona scenario is created and set up, finding problems or hidden needs, and drawing conclusions through analyzing them. According to the persona scenario, residents wished that there would be a separate personal space where people could relax and spend personal time in the sharing space, and there would be some community environment, services, or programs that could communicate with other people and create a family-like relationship.
