Abstract
With the advent of smart cities, the concept of smart communities supporting the healthy and happy lives of citizens in the city is being highlighted. This has highlighted the importance of single-person households and privacy, meaning that privacy can be an important factor in this regard, which means that residents' emotions should be reflected. In addition, research continues to be carried out to quantify and combine brain waves through algorithms using parametric design techniques to apply user sensibility, or brain waves, to architectural space. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to control building elements within virtual reality space by real-time communication of brain wave data measured in real time using brain wave-based wearable equipment with parametric modeling and virtual reality space.
