지식중점 네트워크 인큐베이션 : 사례연구

Abstract

상호 연결과 공유를 기반으로 하는 초 연결(Hyper-connected)의 인터넷 시대가 도래하면서 기업활동에 네트워크의 중요성이 증가되고비즈니스 인큐베이션 (Business incubation (BI))에서도 네트워크 인큐베이션(Networked incubation (NI))이 주류 개념으로 등장하였다. 이에 따라 NI에 대한 다각도의 이론적 분석은활발한 반면 세부 운영모델에 대한 구체적 연구는 거의 전무하다. 이에 본 연구는 이론적분석을 통해 연구대상 BI에 최적화된 지식 중점 네트워크 인큐베이션 (Knowledge focused networked incubation (KNI)) 모델을 정립하고 이를 복수의 BI 운영에 적용하였으며 기술통계, 사례연구 및 개별 심층 인터뷰 (Individual Depth Interview (IDI))를 통해 도출된 KNI 모델의 실효성 초기진단을 병행하였다. 이 연구는 현실적 요구에 부응하고 보편적으로적용할 수 있는 정교화된 NI 운영모델을 제시하였다는 점에 그 의미가 있다. With the arrival of the Internet age, which is characterised by interconnection, the importance of networks is increasing in entrepreneurial activities and networked incubation (NI) has emerged as a mainstream concept in business incubation (BI). However, detailed studies on operation models of NI have been scarcely conducted. In this respect, this paper suggests a knowledge-focused networked incubation (KNI) model optimised for the study BI was established by theoretical analysis, and has been applied. The initial diagnosis of the effectiveness of the KNI model was also conducted through descriptive statistics, case studies, and the Industrial Depth Interview (IDI). This study is significant in that it has elaborated an NI operation model that meets the down-to-earth needs of incubatees and also is universally applicable.
