교육복지우선지원사업 성과지표 타당화 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 교육복지우선지원사업의 성과지표 도구를 보다 객관적으로 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 충청북도 교육청 관할 교육복지우선지원사업 대상 학교의 참여 학생 775명(초등학생 350명, 중학생 425명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 성과지표 문항에 대해 타당도, 신뢰도, 문항 적합도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 초등학생용은 12개 성과지표 55개 문항, 중학생용은 15개 성과지표 62문항이 확인적 요인분석(요인부하량 ≥ 0.5), 신뢰도(Cronbach’s α ≥ 0.7), 문항 적합도(infit, outfit 0.7 이상 1.3 이하) 기준을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 교육복지 분야 내 시사점에 대해 논의했고, 한계점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study is to validate the performance indicator measurement for the education welfare priority support project more objectively. To achieve this objective, the present study examined confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, and infit and outfit using 775 students (350 elementary and 425 middle school students) collected from schools participating in the education welfare priority support project in Chungcheongbuk-do. The result shows that 55 items for elementary school students and 62 items for middle school students are satisfied with the three criteria (i.e., factor load ≥ 0.5; Cronbach's alpha ≥ 0.7; and infit and outfit 0.7~1.3). Based on the result, the present study discussed implications in the field of education welfare, provided suggestions for future studies and limitations.
