K3/K4 구단 선수들의 은퇴 후 재사회화에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 국내 프로 스포츠와 축구선수에 관한 수 많은 기존의 연구에서 제대로 진행 되지 못한 세미 프로축구 리그(K3/K4)에 관한 구단들의 운영 방식과 세미 프로축구 리그에서 활동중인 선수들의 프로 진출 혹은 은퇴 후 사회 진출이라는 재사회화 과정에 대한 주제를 다룸으로써 국내 축구 시스템의 하부리그에 관한 탐색을 하는 것이다. 한국 축구에서 프로축구 리그뿐만이 아닌 2020년부터 시행한 세미 프로리그에 대해 리그 관계자 및 대한축구협회에도 현 실태를 파악하고 리그와 구단 선수들의 재사회화를 위한 정책적 방안을 제시하여 중요성을 환기시킨다는 점에서 연구의 필요성 및 의의가 있다.본 연구의 문제로 현재 세미 프로축구 리그에 속해 있는 선수들의 은퇴 후 재사회화를 위한 방법에 대해 연구할 것이며, 둘째로 국내 프로축구 리그(K리그1/K리그2)와 세미 프로축구 리그(K3/K4)의 리그차원에서 선수들의 재사회화를 위한 프로그램 및 운영 방식을 조사할 예정이다.본 연구의 진행으로 국내 세미 프로축구 리그인 K3/K4 리그에 속해 있는 구단들의 운영 방식을 기존의 국내 프로축구 리그(K리그1/K리그2)와의 차별화 된 리그 운영을 위한 조사와 세미 프로축구 선수들의 재사회화를 위한 연구를 알아보기 위해 현재 K3/K4 리그에서 활동 중인 국내선수 8명과 세미 프로축구 리그에서 은퇴한 국내선수 4명, 현재 세미 프로축구 리그에서 축구지도자를 하고 있는 축구 지도자 2명을 연구참여자로 선정했으며, 연구 방법으로는 심층면담과 개별 서술형 질문지, 연구 일지, 문헌 자료 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 국내 축구리그 시스템에서 프로축구와는 또 다른 방향의 축구 리그 구조 및 방향을 제시하며, 프로 축구선수 외의 앞으로 발전할 세미 프로축구선수들에게 프로축구선수로 성공하지 못해도 선수로써 활동하며 재사회화의 중요성을 강조하며, 은퇴 후 제2의 삶에 있어 선택적인 폭을 넓혀줄 필요성을 제언하고 있다. |The purpose of this study is to explore the sub-league of the domestic soccer system by dealing with the management of clubs in semiprofessional football leagues (K3/K4), which have not been conducted properly in numerous existing studies on domestic professional sports and soccer players, and the resocialization process of players in semiprofessional football leagues. The need and significance of the study is that it reminds league officials and the Korea Football Association of the importance of semi-professional leagues, which have been implemented since 2020, as well as professional football leagues, by identifying the current situation and suggesting policy measures to re-socialize league and club players.As a matter of this study, we will study how players currently in semiprofessional football leagues can be resocialized after retirement, and secondly, we will investigate programs and operations for players' resocialization at the level of domestic professional football leagues (K League 1/K League 2) and semi-professional football leagues (K3/K4).The study investigated how clubs in the K3/K4 league, a semiprofessional football league, operate differentiated leagues from the existing K League 1/K League 2, and selected eight Korean players currently active in the K3/K4 league and two domestic soccer leaders who are retired from the semi-professional football league. The results of this study suggest the need to expand the choice in a second life after retirement, emphasizing the importance of resocialization to semi-professional soccer players who will develop in the future other than professional soccer players.
