Abstract
|With the development of economic innovation, society, and science and technology, the era of the 4th industrial revolution came, and the advent of the big data and sharing economy brought about a major change in people's lifestyle and work performance. Unlike the general office space of the shared office, the service targets are diverse, the functions of the space are abundant, and the space usage method is flexible. Due to these characteristics, shared offices are gaining huge popularity among freelancers, founders, and small businesses in various fields. In the era of the Fourth Revolution, the number of venture companies attempting individual start-ups and startups through innovation and reform in various fields increased, further promoting the development of shared offices. It is necessary to check whether the continuous growth of shared offices and open workspaces that best represent the characteristics of sharing in shared offices meet the needs of various users, what complaints users have when using space, and what factors in the layout have caused complaints. In this study, shared offices refer to the overall space including work spaces (private offices, multi-office, open work spaces), work support spaces (conference rooms, phone booths, OA equipment spaces, information spaces, etc.), and public spaces (rest spaces, food and beverage spaces, passages, etc.). Shared offices can be divided into private offices, multi-office and open workspaces, and private offices are independent workspaces used by individuals and multi-office used by one organization or team, and open workspaces are rented on a separate seat basis and shared by other users. This study focuses on the layout of shared office open workspaces through user experience analysis. This study was mainly divided into five parts. First, the background and purpose of the study, the scope and method of the study are presented. Through the review of previous studies, the limitations of previous studies are discovered and the differentiation from previous studies is explained. Second, the concept, background, development, and status of shared offices are explained, and through literature research, the type of shared offices and the user and space composition of shared offices are identified. Third, it identifies the concept of user experience and derives workplace layout planning elements and workplace user experience elements through literature research. The layout elements of the workplace include desks, storage, and partitions, and the user experience elements in the workplace include the comfort felt through spatial air, temperature and humidity, natural lighting, lighting, and sound environment, as well as visual privacy, auditory privacy, and informal communication. Fourth, as for the analysis of the survey target site, five shared offices with a supply area of 150 pyeong to 200 pyeong are selected as the survey target, and the current status of the survey target site and the layout of the open workplace are analyzed. Information is collected through a survey on the user of the survey target site and analyzed using spss. It identifies the general characteristics and work characteristics of users and analyzes their preference for workplace layout planning elements and satisfaction with open workplace use. Identify the reasons for satisfaction and dissatisfaction with space use and analyze the factors of the layout that cause dissatisfaction. Fifth, by synthesizing the analysis of the survey target site and the contents of the survey analysis, the problems of the layout in the open workspace were identified and the direction of improvement of the open wo rkplace layout that meets the user demand was suggested.
