Abstract
기하학적 위상 광학 소자(이하 GPOE)를 제작하는 방식으로 discrete phase GPOE 제작 방식인 micro rubbing 방법과 discrete phase GPOE를 복제하기 위해 photo alignment 방식을 사용했다. GEOE 제작 시 사용하는 복굴절 물질인 reactive mesogen(RM)을 스핀코터 속도 변화에 따른 두께 변화를 광학 현미경으로 측정했다. half wave plate(HWP)로 만든 discrete-GPOE와 photo alignment layer (PAL)의 사이 거리에 따라 변하는 주기와 phase 변화를 field-tracing 방법의 시뮬레이션을 통해 주기가 1/2이 되고 discrete phase에서 continuous phase가 되는 PAL과 discrete-GPOE의 거리를 구했다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 얻은 데이터를 이용해 photo alignment GPOE를 제작 및 분석했다.|As a method of manufacturing a geometric phase optical element (hereinafter referred to as GPOE), the micro rubbing method, which is a discrete phase GPOE manufacturing method, and a photo alignment method were used to replicate the discrete phase GPOE. The thickness change of reactive mesogen (RM), a birefringent material used in manufacturing GEOE, according to the speed of the spin coater was measured with an optical microscope. The period and phase change depending on the distance between the discrete-GPOE made of half wave plate (HWP) and the photo alignment layer (PAL) are halved through the simulation of the field-tracing method, and the continuous phase in the discrete phase The distance between the PAL and discrete-GPOE was calculated. Using the data obtained through simulation, photo alignment GPOE was fabricated and analyzed.
