Abstract
Through this study, we tried to investigate how clay art treatment using stuffiness affects the self-regulation ability of ADHD children, and ADHD children who experience secondary symptoms such as psychological distress due to ADHD symptoms Helps improve self-regulation and lead an adaptive life as a member of society. Research subjects are taking ADHD medications through recruitment and pre-behavioral observations of program participants, but are physically healthy enough to take advantage of stuffiness, which is inadequately therapeutic and requires an integrated approach12 Selected as a year-old female child. From March 1, 2021, we conducted a clay art treatment program using watercolors 23 times, 90 minutes each twice a week. To examine the effectiveness of the study, we wanted to utilize the accommodation test and attention concentration test to analyze the changes through HTP pictorial tests and interviews. All tests and interviews were performed prior to the program, 1 after the program, and 2 after 5 months after the end of the program for comparative analysis. In order to analyze the step-by-step change process, I used the observation sites and works created each time to investigate the changes. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the self-regulatory characteristics of ADHD children in order to develop clay art therapy utilizing stuffiness, it appears with insufficient self-control, impulsivity, and low attention concentration, and it is denied as a factor affecting this. It appeared in the concept of self-concept, a feeling of atrophy, and a relationship of the same. Second, in order to formulate a physics-based clay art therapy program for the self-regulatory ability of ADHD children, the characteristics of ADHD children and the factors of self-regulatory ability are analyzed to derive the primary treatment factors, and the primary treatment factors are derived. The final therapeutic factors were derived by analyzing the therapeutic factors and the characteristics of the study subjects. This was set as a staged goal for the early, middle 1, middle 2, and late stages, and based on this, a clay art treatment program that utilized the characteristics of stuffiness was structured and applied, resulting in the self-regulation ability of the research subjects. It turns out that there is a positive change. Third, a clay art therapy program utilizing stuffiness was found to help improve the self-regulation of ADHD children. In the self-adjustment test and attention concentration test scale test used in this study, the study subjects had higher post-scores than pre-scores, showing a significant effect. Not only that, but two post-tests performed 5 months after the end of the program showed that positive changes were maintained. Fourth, there were significant changes in self-regulation improvement in the early, middle 1, middle 2, and late stages of the clay art therapy program utilizing stuffiness. It can be confirmed that the magnetic control, impulse regulation, and attention concentration, which are the factors of self-regulation, change significantly depending on the staged treatment goal. Fifth, through the clay art treatment program utilizing stuffiness, self-adjustment ability was improved, and it was possible to confirm how it was applied in real life. Looking at the interview analysis in advance, I wrote an internet novel at dawn and showed low self-adjustment ability to go to bed during school hours the next day, but after the fact I still use the internet novel but go to bed early and go to school the next day. Participated in time and showed how friends would occur as a result. Taken together, the above results appear to have yielded positive results, as the clay art therapy program utilizing stuffiness has a significant effect on the self-regulation of ADHD children. In this way, it is hoped that clay art therapy utilizing stuffiness will be continuously studied and applied for its therapeutic effect.| 첫째, 물레를 활용한 점토미술치료를 개발하기 위하여 ADHD 아동의 자기 조절적 특성을 분석한 결과 미흡한 자기 통제, 충동성, 낮은 주의집중력으로 나타났으며 이에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 부정적인 자아개념, 위축감, 또래 관계 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, ADHD 아동의 자기조절력을 위하여 물레를 활용한 점토미술치료 프로그램을 구안하기 위해 ADHD 아동의 특성과 자기조절력의 요인을 분석하여 1차 치료요인을 도출하였으며, 1차 치료요인과 연구대상자의 특성을 분석하여 최종 치료요인을 도출하였다. 이를 초기, 중기 1, 중기 2, 후기의 단계별 목표로 설정하였으며 이를 바탕으로 물레의 특성을 활용한 점토미술치료 프로그램을 구조화하여 적용한 결과 연구대상자의 자기조절력에 긍정적인 변화가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 물레를 활용한 점토미술치료 프로그램은 ADHD 아동의 자기조절력 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 사용한 자기조절력 검사와 주의집중력 검사에서 연구대상자는 사전 점수와 비교해 사후 점수가 높아져 유의미한 효과를 나타냈다. 그뿐만 아니라 프로그램 종결 5개월 후에 진행한 사후 2 검사에서도 긍정적인 변화는 유지되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 물레를 활용한 점토미술치료 프로그램의 초기, 중기 1, 중기 2, 후기 단계별로 자기조절력 향상에 유의미한 변화를 볼 수 있었다. 단계별 치료 목표에 따라 자기조절력의 요인인 자기 통제, 충동 조절, 주의집중력이 유의미하게 변화하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 특히 물레의 활용이 충동 조절 능력과 주의집중력의 향상에 영향을 미쳐서 자기조절력이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 물레를 활용한 점토 미술치료 프로그램을 통하여 자기조절력이 향상되어 실제 생활에서 적용된 모습을 확인할 수 있었다. 사전 인터뷰 분석을 살펴보면 밤을 새워서 인터넷 소설을 쓰고 다음 날 학교 수업 시간에 잠을 자는 낮은 자기조절력을 나타내었지만, 사후에는 여전히 인터넷 소설을 쓰지만, 일찍 잠자리에 들고 다음 날 학교 수업 시간에 참여함으로써 또래관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
