청소년 시설 프로그램 참여가 청소년 역량과 위기극복에 미치는 영향 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년시설이 운영하는 청소년활동 프로그램을 이용하는 청소년과 하지 않는 청소년들을 대상으로 청소년시설만족도가 청소년의 위기극복 능력항샹에 미치는 영향과 내적 매커니즘에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 청소년 활동 프로그램에 참여하는 청소년들의 프로그램에 대한 만족도, 시설에 대한 만족도, 청소년 지도자에 대한 만족도, 시설 이용 서비스에 대한 만족도가 청소년들의 어떠한 역량 개발과 위기극복에 어떠한 도움을 주었는지 연구하고, 보다 나은 개선방안이 있는지 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지역사회 청소년을 대상으로 청소년시설에 대한 인식과 이용자의 만족도, 본 연구 목적을 위하여 설문조사와 설문 자료를 바탕으로 총 168부의 설문에 의한 데이터를 기반으로 위계적 회귀분석으로 결과를 도출하였다. 먼저 프로그램 참여, 시설 만족도와 역량 간 관계에 대한 분석 결과 프로그램 참여와 역량 중 문제해결역량과 저의 관계가 있었으며, 서비스와 문제해결역량 간 정의 관계가 나타났다. 또한, 지도자, 서비스 만족도와 자아역량 간 정의 관계가 있었으며 프로그램, 서비스 만족도와 성취동기역량 간 정의 관계가 있었으며 서비스 만족도와 리더십역량 간 정의 관계가 나타났으며 프로그램, 서비스 만족도와 시민성역량 간 정의 관계가 나타났으며 시설 만족도와 대인관계역량은 부의 관계가 나타났고 지도자에 대한 만족도와 서비스 만족도는 대인관계 역량과 정의 관계가 나타났다. 다음 청소년 프로그램 참여, 시설 만족도와 위기극복 간 관계에 대한 분석결과는 아래와 같이 나타났다. 프로그램 참여와 개인요인 간 정의 관계가 나타났으며 서비스 만족도와 개인요인 간 정의 관계가 나타났다. 프로그램 참여와 시설 만족도는 위기극복의 가족요인, 학교요인, 또래요인에 모두 영향이 없었다. 다음 역량과 위기극복 간 관계에 대한 분석 결과는 아래와 같이 나타났다. 자아역량과 개인요인 간 정의 관계가 나타났으며 갈등조절 역량과 개인요인 간에는 부의 관계가 나타났다. 갈등조절 역량과 가족요인은 부의 관계가 있었으며 학교 요인과는 정의 관계가 있었다. 리더십역량, 갈등조절 역량과 또래요인 간에는 정의 관계가 나타났다. 마지막으로 자아역량이 시설이용 서비스에 대한 만족도와 위기극복 중 개인요인 사이에서 완전 매개 효과가 있었다. 즉 시설이용 서비스가 높으면 청소년들의 자아역량이 높아지기 때문에 궁극적으로 위기극복 능력 중 개인요인을 강화할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. | The purpose of this study is to examine the influence and internal mechanisms of youth facility satisfaction on the improvement of youth's ability to overcome crisis targeting those who use and those who do not use youth activity programs run by youth facilities. Specifically, we study how the satisfaction with programs, facilities, youth leaders, and facility use services of the youth participating in the youth activity program helped the youth to develop their capacities and overcome crises, I would like to suggest if there is a better improvement plan. For this purpose, the results were derived through a hierarchical regression analysis based on the data from a total of 168 questionnaires based on the survey and questionnaire data for the purpose of this study, as well as the perception of youth facilities and the satisfaction of users for the youth in the local community. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between program participation, facility satisfaction and competency, there was a relationship between program participation and competency, problem-solving competency, and a positive relationship between service and problem-solving competency. In addition, there was a positive relationship between leader and service satisfaction and self-competence, there was a positive relationship between program and service satisfaction and achievement motivation competency, a positive relationship was found between service satisfaction and leadership competency, and a positive relationship between program and service satisfaction and citizenship competency. showed a negative relationship between facility satisfaction and interpersonal competency, and positive relationship with interpersonal competency in leader satisfaction and service satisfaction. The results of the analysis on the relationship between youth program participation, facility satisfaction and crisis overcoming were as follows. A positive relationship was found between program participation and individual factors, and a positive relationship was found between service satisfaction and individual factors. Program participation and facility satisfaction had no effect on family, school, and peer factors in overcoming crisis. The results of the analysis on the relationship between competency and crisis overcoming were as follows. A positive relationship was found between self-competence and individual factors, and a negative relationship was found between conflict management competency and individual factors. Conflict control ability and family factor had a negative relationship, and there was a positive relationship with school factor. A positive relationship was found between leadership competency, conflict management competency, and peer factors. Lastly, self-competence had a complete mediating effect between satisfaction with facility use service and personal factors during crisis overcoming. In other words, it can be seen that the higher the facility use service, the higher the self-competence of the youth, so that the individual factors among the crisis coping abilities can be strengthened.
