직장인 대상 미술심리교육에서 삶의 의미와 예술교육향유기대, 재참여의도 간 예술교육경험의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 직장인의 정서적 문제를 다룰 수 있는 능력을 키우기 위해 미술의 심리적 특성을 이해하고 자기 탐색을 통해 타인과의 소통, 동료들과의 일체감을 경험하도록 고안된 미술심리교육을 2018년 4월에서 6월에서 실시하였다. 여기에 참여한 3개 수업의 100명의 직장인으로부터 수집한 자료를 이용하여 삶의 의미, 예술교육향유기대, 재참여의도 간 예술교육경험의 매개효과를 연구하였다. 개인변인인 삶의 의미는 삶의 의미를 찾고 그에 기반 하여 살아감을 의미하며 인간의 기본 욕구 중에 하나라고 할 수 있다. 과정 변인인 예술교육경험은 예술교육 참여자의 인지ㆍ정서ㆍ실천 경험을 의미한다. 결과변인 중 예술교육향유기대는 예술교육의 향유에 대한 기대를 재참여의도는 교육에 만족감을 느끼고 재참여 하고자 하는가를 의미한다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 다중회귀 및 PROCESS MACRO를 활용하여 분석한 결과, 삶의 의미와 예술교육향유기대 간에는 정서적 예술교육경험만이 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈고, 삶의 의미와 재참여의도 간에는 실천적 예술교육경험만이 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 이 결과를 통해 미술심리교육에서 예술교육에 대한 기대는 정서적 활동과 더 관련이 있다는 것을 반영하며, 참여자 간 상호작용을 통한 실천적 활동은 교육에 재참여 하고자 하는 동기를 이끌어낼 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 삶의 의미는 예술교육향유기대의 직접적인 유의한 효과도 있어, 삶의 의미를 추구하는 학습자들은 예술교육을 통한 예술향유에 대한 기대가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 앞으로 삶의 의미를 찾고 정서적 경험을 추구하는 직장인들을 위해 자기 탐색과 자기 개발을 돕는 미술심리교육과 같은 예술교육이 요구되므로 기업교육 및 성인교육의 한 분야로 이와 관련한 지속적인 프로그램 개발을 제안하고자 한다.

From April to June, 2018, this study conducted a program of art psychology education designed to experience a sense of unity with colleagues through the psychological characteristics of art, and to improve the ability of workers to cope with emotional problems. This study investigated using data collected from 100 workers in the three classes of the program. Regarding meaning of life, which is an individual variable, and the experience of art education, which is a process variable, dividing participation in education into cognitive, emotional, practical. The results of analysis using multiple regression and PROCESS MACRO, between the meaning of life and the expectation of enjoyment of arts education, only the effect of emotional art education experience showed significant indirect effect and between the meaning of life and the re-participation intention, only the effect of practical arts education experience showed significant indirect effect. This demonstrates that workers valuing in the meaning of life participated more actively in art psychology education in this study, and enjoyment of arts education is deeply related to emotional activities, and it can be said that they are satisfied with practical activities through interactions between participant. In addition, the meaning of life has a direct significant effect on the expectation of enjoying art education, and it was found that learners finding the meaning of life have high expectations for enjoying art through art education. Therefore, since art education that helps self-exploration and self development through art, such as art psychology education this study attempts to propose continuous program implement as a field of corporate education and adult education.
