At present, the proportion of unit childcare facilities is very small compared with other childcare facilities. The academic community is also conducting research from different angles. The nursery space of the unit nursery facility, as an important space for infants and young children’s daily life, long-term activities and learning, needs comprehensive consideration. In this study, through the previous research, we organized the elements and spatial characteristics of the conservation space. Through comprehensive analysis of the spatial characteristics of the case and user interview results, the results are obtained. First of all, from the perspective of different spaces, the nursery room (including the daytime lounge) has the highest comfort and the lowest security, and the game room and toilet have the highest comfort and the lowest applicability. The restaurant has the highest applicability and the lowest security. Secondly, from the perspective of characteristics, the comfort of all cases is very high. That is, to create a comfortable atmosphere, regularly clean, ventilate, and maintain a good space environment. Applicability and proximity are the same evaluation score. On the contrary, the safety of all cases is very low. Although most spaces use non-slip materials, the corners of the furniture are not rounded. Therefore, when choosing furniture that fits the body size of infants and young children, safety should be the primary consideration.
