객실 승무원의 인적오류에 영향을 끼치는 인적요인 고찰에 관한 연구

Abstract

원인의 구조를 이해, 객실승무원 업무 수행의 질을 높여 업무 중 실수와 사고가능성을 감소시킬 수 있도록 객실승무원의 인적요인이 인적오류에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 국내 대형항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사법을 적용, 연구를 실시하였다. 객실승무원 총 239명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 239명의 표본을 대상으로 SPSS 25와 AMOS 25 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 객실승무원의 인적요인 중 육체적 피로, 정신적 스트레스, 안일함은 인적오류에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 인적오류는 잡 크래프팅과 정신건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 독립변수 중 시간압박에 의한 서두름과 외부요인에 의한 주의산만은 매개변수인 인적오류에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구는 객실승무원의 업무 중 발생하는 인적오류에 영향을 미치는 인적요인을 분석함으로써 선행 연구에서 다뤄진 피로와 스트레스 외 안일함이라는 항목을 도출하였다. 또한 본 연구는 실무적 관점에서 항공사 객실승무원 인력 관리의 중요 항목에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하였으며 이를 통해 효율적인 객실승무원 자원 관리 방안을 위한 고려 항목과 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

핵심용어: 객실승무원, 인적요인, 육체적 피로, 정신적 스트레스, 시간압박에 의한 서두름, 외부요인에 의한 주의산만, 안일함, 인적오류, 잡 크래프팅, 정신건강.| The purpose of this study is to consider the importance of human factors and causal relationships between airline cabin crew members, to understand the cause of human error, to understand the structure of causing human error, and to reduce the possibility of mistakes and accidents. The survey method was applied to cabin crew working for FSC airlines in Korea. A total of 239 cabin crew members were surveyed and analyzed using the SPSS 25 and AMOS 25 statistical package programs for 239 samples. According to the analysis, among the five human factors, the physical fatigue, psychological stress, and complacency of flight attendants had a significant impact on human error, and human error had a negative impact on job crafting and mental health. However, it has been determined that the hurry due to time pressure and the distractions by external factors do not significantly affect the parameter, human error. This study analyzed the human factors influencing the human error of cabin crews and derived the complacency not addressed in the preceding study. This study also provided considerations for efficient cabin crew resource management from a practical perspective, and presented guidance on important items in airline cabin crew resource management.
