2기 신도시 및 전통주거 사례분석을 통한 생활가로형 공동주택 가로 활성화 방안 연구

Abstract

1960 년대 아파트 도입 이후 가로는 효율성을 최우선으로 개발되었다. 그 결과 공공 환경이 부족하고 지역성이 낮은 일부 거주지가 형성되어 황폐 해진 도시 공간에서 벗어나 활기 넘치는 가로 조성을 위한 공간을 계획하기 위해 본 연구는 접근 공간과 연결 공간을 통해 생활 가로에 있는 공동 주택의 관계를 분석하였다. 현대에는 도시형 주거 환경 문제를 주거 형이라는 단위 건축의 문제로 보는 견해가 있다. 그러나 도시 주택에는 주거 공간과 지역, 거리가 있는 상황이다. 전체 조직과 부분의 통합적 관점에서 도시와 주거 환경을 바라 볼 필요가 있었으며 그런 점에서 우리 조상들이 오랜 세월 이룩한 전통적인 주거 공간과 가로의 관계를 파악하는 것이 우리에게 큰 의미가 있다고 생각하여 이를 위해 전통 주거와 가로의 특성을 분석하여 현대 건축에 적용하여 가로 공간 솔루션을 제시하였다. 연구 대상지는 재개발 사업이 예정된 지역으로 기존 계획안과 비교하여 보다 나은 대안을 제수 할수 있을 것으로 파악된 부산에 위치한 ‘대연비치아파트’를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 대상지의 해결방안으로 도시 공간적 관점, 가로 공간적 관점, 건축 공간적 관점으로 해결방안을 제시하였으며 이는 보다 나은 가로의 활성화를 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 있는 사례와 전통주거를 통하여 가로의 활성화 방안을 분석하였으며 여러 방안을 제시하여 건축설계 단계에서 가로의 활성화를 유도할 수 있는 방안을 고민하였다. 하지만, 본 연구에서는 물리적 환경, 가로에 대한 영향관계를 실증한 연구가 아님으로 계획단계에서 생활가로에 대한 중요성을 부각시키며 사용자 스스로가 생활가로에서 활기차고 쾌적한 공간으로 활용하고자 하는 노력이 필요하다.|Since the introduction of apartments in 1960’s, residence has been developed in direction of efficiency as the top priority. As a result, some residence with lack of public environment and low locality have been formed. In order to deviate from the desolate urban space and plan a space for the formation of a lively street, this study show a relationship of the apartment house on the living street through the access space and the connecting space. In modern times, there is a view to regard the problem of urban residential environment as a problem of unit building called residential type. However, urban housing has it’s residential space and area, the streets. There was a need to look at the urban and residential environment from an integrated perspective of the whole organization and parts. In this respect, i thought that grasping the relationship between traditional residential spaces and streets, which can be called residential areas that our ancestors have achieved over a long period of time, has great implications for us. For this, the characteristics of traditional housing and streets were analyzed and applied to modern architecture to present solutions for street spaces.
