언택트 뉴노멀 시대 실용무용 교육의 한계와 극복 –코레오그래피 전공 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구는 코레오그래피 전공 중심으로 언택트 뉴노멀 시대 실용무용 교육의 한계와 극복을 알아보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 유효한 표본 수는 210명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계 분석을 이용해 빈도분석과, 기술통계, 차이 분석, t 검정(t-test), 일원 배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA)과 내용 분석으로 진행하였다. 구체적으로 결과를 종합하여 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 한계 인식에서 온라인 학습의 어려움은 상호작용, 강의계획서, 온라인 학습시스템에 대한 현황은 어려움이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반적 한계에 대한 인식에서 온라인 학습의 지원방안인 대학의 지원, 교수자의 지원, 강의 영상의 개선 방안, 학습 자료 제공 방식의 지원방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 코레오그래피 전공 특성에 따른 교육 한계의 1순위는 안무가의 느낌을 눈으로 볼 수 없고, 2순위는 현장감이 떨어져 텐션과 에너지를 받지 못한다는 점, 3순위는 교수님의 피드백과 의사소통이 원활하지 못하다는 점이 한계의 1순위부터 3순위로 나타났다. 넷째, 온라인 코래오그래피 수업 한계의 내용 분석은 외적, 내적으로 나타났다. 외적의 대표적인 답변은 스타일을 직접 볼 수 없다는 것이 제일 높게 나왔으며, 내적은 교수님과 친구들의 교류가 없어 수업에 흥미를 느끼지 못한다는 답변이 가장 높게 나왔다. 다섯째, 인구통계학적 교육 한계 인식 차이에서는 성별, 연령, 교육기관 유형, 수강학기, 코래오그래피 경력에 따라 온라인 학습의 어려움과 온라인 학습 지원방안에는 차이가 발생하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 온라인 학습 지원방안 중 교수자의 지원 문항은 교육기관 유형과 수강학기는 차이가 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 극복방안에 관한 결과는 내용 분석으로 이루어졌고, 온라인 수업의 극복방안은 상호작용의 한계와 배움의 한정으로 나타났다. 시스템에 대한 극복방안은 기능의 개선과 개인적 의향으로 나타났다. 학교 운영에 대한 극복방안은 공간지원, 수업운영, 기타로 나타났다. 개인적인 한계에 대한 극복방안은 긍정적 과 부정적으로 나타났다. 교수자에 대한 극복방안은 내 적과 외적으로 나타났다. 코레오그래피 특성상 교육의 한계의 극복방안은 외적, 내적, 기타로 나타났다. 따라서 언택트 뉴노멀 시대 코레오그래피 교육의 한계의 어려움은 없다고 나타났다. 그러나 지원방안에서는 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 이를 통해 구체적인 질문을 통해 한계점을 찾고자 하였다.| This study aims to determine the limitations of practical dance education in the non-contact, new-normal era how to overcome then with a focus on choreography majors. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted, and 210 valid responses were collected. Using the collected data, frequency analysis, descriptive ststistics, difference analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and content analysis were carried out through the Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS). In detail, the results are as follows. First, there is no difficulty regarding mutual interaction, syllabus, and online learning systems according to the recognition of general limitations. Second, support measures for online learning, such as support from universities, support from instructors, improvement measures for video lectures, and support measures for providing learning materials, are needed according to the recognition of general limitations. Third, there were three limitations of education based on the characteristics of a choreography major. The first limitation was that it is not possible to visually see the feelings of the dancer, the second was that the audiences will not be able to understand the conveyed tension and energy due to a lack of close interaction in the field, and the third was that receiving the instructors’ feedback or communicating with instructors will be challenging. Fourth, bases on the content analysis, there are limits in online choreography classes, both internally and externally. Fifth, as a result of the differences in perception of demographic education limits, there are no differences in online learning difficulties and online learning support measures depending on gender, age, type of educational institution, semester, and choreography career. Especially, in the instructors’ support questionnaire among the online learning support measures, there were differences in the types of educational institutions and semesters. Sixth, the results suggesting ways to overcome these limitations were identified through the content analysis. Limitations to learning and mutual interaction must be overcome for effective online classes. Regarding the system, ways to overcome these limitations involve the improvement of function and personal preferences. For school operation, ways to overcome the limitations include the provision of space and class operation. The ways to overcome personal limitations have both positive and negative aspects. For instructors, the ways to overcome the limitations have internal and external aspects. Based on the characteristics of choreography, the ways to overcome limitations of education are external, iinternal, and other. Therefore, the results indicate that there are no difficulties in choreography education in the non-contact, new-normal era, However, it seems that some additional support is needed, and as a result, limitations should be determined through specific questions.
