Studies on the regiocontrolled Fischer-type indolizations for the total synthesis of polycyclic indole alkaloids

Abstract

Regioselective Fischer indolizations and intramolecular Fischer indolization stratagies allowed our new synthetic approach to the polycyclic indole alkaloids containing medium sized ring. Attempts toward total synthesis of subincanadine F, indolactam V, decursivine, (+)-serotobenine are reported herein. Results suggest that introduction of indole core and further transformations may pave the way to the total synthesis of diverse indole alkaloids.|위치 선택적인 피셔인돌화 반응과 분자 내 피셔인돌화 반응은 중간 크기의 고리를 포함하는 다환 인돌 알칼로이드에 대한 우리의 새로운 합성 접근을 허용하였다. 서브인카나딘 F, 인돌락탐 V, 디커시빈, (+)-세로토베닌의 전합성 시도가 본 논문에서 다뤄진다. 연구 결과는 우리의 전략을 이용한 인돌 코어의 도입과 추가 변형이 다양한 인돌 알칼로이드의 전합성으로 가는 길을 열 수 있음을 시사한다.
