- Abstract
- 본 연구는 ITO의 전도도, 저저항 및 광투과율의 향상을 위한 입자제어에 관한 연구이다.실험결과 반응 온도가 증가할수록 핵생성 속도가 증가하여 입자크기가 감소하였다.또 침전제의 종류 및 첨가에 의한 입자제어 효과로 보다 안정되고 size가 작은 입자의 ITO powder를 얻을 수 있었다.
