Abstract
본 연구는 임상실습에서 간호대학생이 적용한 간호과정 진단 진술문을 분석하여 질 평가 및 적합도를 파악하기 위한 연구로, 간호과정의 교육 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 후향적, 서술적 조사연구이며, 2017년 2학기, 2018년 1학기에 작성된 간호대학생의 사례연구보고서 99례에 나타난 간호과정 전 수를 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용해 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 본 연구에서 간호진단 빈도는 ‘급성통증’, ‘불안’, ‘비효과적 기도청결’, ‘피부통합성장애’, ‘비효과적 호흡양상’ 순으로 나타났으며, 진단 진술문의 질은 대체로 양호한 편으로 나타났다. 정의적 특성을 반영하는 적합도에서는 ‘비효과적 기도청결’과 ‘급성통증’이 높게 나타났으며, ‘비효과적 호흡 양상’ 가장 낮게 나타났다. 실습 교육자는 임상실습에서 간호대학생들이 사정을 면밀히 수행할 수 있도록 구체적인 가이드라인을 제시하고, 적절한 피드백을 제공하여 간호과정을 올바르게 적용할 수 있도록 지도할 필요가 있겠다. This study is designed to analyze diagnosis statements of nursing processes applied by nursing students in clinical practice with the purpose of identifying quality evaluation and suitability and providing educational directions for nursing processes. This is a retrospective and descriptive research study; the nursing processes presented in the case study were obtained from 99 nursing students in the second semesters of 2017 and first semesters of 2018. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program for frequency, percentages, means and standard deviations. In this study, the frequency of nursing diagnosis was shown in the order of “acute pain,” ”anxiety,” “ineffective airway clearance,” “impaired skin integrity,” and “ineffective breathing patterns,” where the quality of the diagnosis statements was generally good. With regard to accuracy that reflects the defining characteristics, ineffective airway clearance and acute pain ranked highest, while ineffective breathing patterns ranked lowest. Nursing educators need to provide specific guidelines and provide appropriate feedback so that nursing students can closely carry out assessments in clinical practice and apply nursing processes correctly.
