공정-공사비 통합관리를 위한 현장공사관리체계 개선방안 - 정보모델링 방법론을 중심으로 -

Abstract

Construction management in fields mainly deals with both schedule itself and construction cost, which are to be correlated and integrated. However, in its own practice they are executed respectively. When it comes to both schedule and cost, there must be a synergy effect if they are webbased by integrated management whose tasks are composed of data sharing and periodical updating. Therefore, in order to manage both of them, first thing to do is to set up an integrated field management system, which enables project management staff to monitor baseline versus actual data. Secondly, it should be timely provided accumulated database as a standard management module. This study based on an analysis from present construction management processes and their needs. The study provides a model of integrated schedule and cost management process and database using information modeling method.
