- ALD 전구체의 비 침습적 검사법을 통하여 BTBAS 물질의 ALD 표면 반응과 패턴 형성에 대해 이해하고, 기존에 사용중인 전구체 물질에 대한 조사를 통하여 800℃ 이상의 고온에서 사용하는 방식이 아닌 화학 흡착(chemisorption) 반응을 이용한 저온에서도 ALD 증착이 가능하다.
