dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to establish each optimal angle on the Knee and Ankle Joints of maxmumal muscle strength and Endurance on the Jump performance of Athletics. Subjects, 7 track and field jumping athletics, selected in H University were participated for the measurements, which were isokinetic muscular strength and endurance to be performed optimal angle according to each two joints. They are based on maximal peak torque 1. Knee Joint 1) Slow speed test(60˚/sec) : The average Peak Torque in Extention is 243.00±44.90Nm and the angle to be performed on the Peak Torque is shown 58.14±3.33˚ , in Flexion, the average Peak Torque is 152.85±18.02Nm and the angle is shown 27.57±7.11˚. 2) Quick speed test(120˚/sec) : The average Peak Torque in Extension is 184.71 ±33.98Nm and the angle to be performed on the Peak Torque is shown 54.85±3.02°, in Flexion, the average Peak Torque is 150.14±24.86Nm and the angle is shown 31.85±1.57˚. 3) Muscular endurance test(180˚/sec) : The average Peak Torque in Extension is 132.00±19.15Nm and the angle to be performed on the Peak Torque is shown 57.57±4.35°, in Flexion, the average Peak Torque is 104.00±13.68Nm and the angle is shown 33.85±1.06˚. 2. Ankle Joint 1) Slow speed test(60˚/sec) : The average Peak Torque in Plantar Flexion(PF) is 108.57±22.47Nm and the angle to be performed on the Peak Torque is shown 6.57±5.76˚, in Dorsi Flexion(DF), the average Peak Torque is 39.71±9.79Nm and the angle is shown 6.5±5.47˚ 2) Quick speed test(120˚/sec) : The average Peak Torque in Plantar Flexion(PF) is 63.28±15.62Nm and the angle to be performed on the Peak Torque is shown 8.57±5.47˚ in Dorsi Flexion (DF), the average Peak Torque is 22.14±7.47Nm and the angle is shown 8.50±8.67˚. 3) Muscular endurance test(180˚/sec) : The average Peak Torque in Plantar Flexion(PF) is 45.57±21.28Nm and the angle to be performed on the Peak Torque is shown 6.85±6.98˚in Dorsi Flexion(DF), the average Peak Torque is 11.00±4.83Nm and the angle is shown 4.50±5.57˚ | en_US |
