도시재생사업 주요 참여주체 변화에 따른 연결중심성 변화 특성 분석: 순천시 원도심을 중심으로

Abstract

본 논문은 순천시 원도심 도시재생사업을 중심으로시기별로 참여주체의 연결중심성 변화 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 순천시 도시재생사업은 공공이 주도했지만 민간과 밀접하게 연관된 독특한 거버넌스의 특성을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 6개의 소규모문화거점을 지역에 분산시키고 문화중심으로 전문가들을 끌어들여 거점 주변으로 사람들이 찾아들어와탄탄한 관계망을 형성하고 있었다. 셋째, 도시재생사업이 추진되면서 사회 관계망이 확장되었는데 주요영향력자인 공무원과 중간지원조직을 제외하고 관계망의 변화를 분석하였으나, 관계망이 크게 변화를 일으키지 않았다. 세부 항목별로는 정보공유와 의견공유는 관계망이 유지되나 친분과 신뢰는 관계망에 변화가 생겼다. 친분과 신뢰는 공공이 할 수 있는 역할이 아니므로 민간 영역의 관계망 확장이 필요함을 알수 있었다. 본 논문에서의 분석을 통해 순천시 도시재생사업을 공공주도의 소규모 문화거점을 통한 민간확산형 도시재생사업으로 정의할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of change in the connection center of participants by period, centering on the urban regeneration project of Suncheon city. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the city"s urban regeneration project was led by the public, but had unique characteristics of governance closely related to the private sector. Second, six small cultural hubs were dispersed in the region, attracting experts to the cultural centers, and people were coming to the vicinity to form a strong network. Third, as the urban regeneration project was promoted, the social network expanded, but the changes of the network were analyzed except for the main influencers such as civil servants and intermediary support organizations, but the network did not change significantly. By subcategory, information sharing and opinion sharing are maintained, but friendship and trust have changed. Since this is not a role that the public can play, it is necessary to expand the network in the private sector. Through the analysis of this study, Suncheon City Regeneration Project can be defined as a private diffusion urban regeneration project through a small cultural base led by public.
