국내외 치매노인시설 실태에 관한 비교조사 연구

Abstract

현재 평균 수명의 연장으로 인구의 고령화가 급속히 진전되어 21세기이후의 인구구조는 노인인구의 증가, 생산 연령층의 증가 및 학령인구의 감소로 특정 지어 진다. 이에 우리는 21세기에 들어선 이 시점에서 노인 인구의 급성장으로 인해 야기될 수 있는 다양한 노인 문제에 대해 관심을 가져야만 한다. 이에 따라 장기요양을 필요로 하는 노인들도 이에 비례해 크게 늘어날 전망이다. 그 중 노인성질환인 치매는 우리 나라에서도 노령인구의 증가로 걸리는 노인수가 크게 늘어나는 추세다. 우리나라의 55세 이상 노인 인구는 전체인구의 6.3%, 이 중 치매에 걸린 노인은 8.3%인 것으로 나타났다. 최근 종교단체나 사회복지법인들이 노인 보호센터를 운영하는 등 치매환자와 그 가정에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으나 치매환자를 위한 각종 시설은 환자 수에 비하면 상당히 부족하다. 우리나라는 현재 많은 치매시설들이 건립되어지고 있다. 이에 선진 외국의 다양한 시설체계 등의 모색은 우리가 노인의료 복지정책을 추진하는데도 시행착오를 줄졸일 수 있는 방안으로 검토되어야 할 것이다. 국내 치매노인 시설을 실태와 국외의 사례를 통한 비교?분석을 통하여 문제점을 분석하고 앞으로의 우리 나라예서의 치매노인을 위한 시설공간계획의 지침을 마련하고자 한다. Population`s aging makes progress rapidly by tool of present average life span and population rescue is become specification by old man population`s increase, increase of production age group and school age population`s decrease since 21th century. We must be interested about various old man problem could cause at this point by old man population`s rapid growth which enter in 21th century. Accordingly, old mans who need bed rest are expect to be proportioned and increase greatly here upon Imbecility that is old man nature file of them is trend that old man`s number which is involved by old age population`s increase in our country increases greatly. Old man population is whole population`s 6.3% more than our country`s 65 years old, old man who catch in duplex imbecility was expose that is 8.3%. The religious group or the social welfare corporation operates old man protection center recently and interest for imbecility patient and the home is growing but various equipments for imbecility patient are lacking fairly compared to patient number. Imbecility institutions that there are many our countries present are erected. Groping of advanced foreign various equipment system etc., may have to be examined by way that can reduce trial and error we proceed old man medical treatment welfare policy hereupon. Equipment that is Korean imbecility furnace problem through comparative analysis through actual conditions and foreign example analyze and wish to ready index hand of equipment space plan for imbecility old man in forward our country.
