브리핑 스타일에 따른 기내 사고율과 업무성과 사이의 인과관계 분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

항공사에서 브리핑은 매우 중요한 정보전달 세션이다. 본 연구는 다양한 브리핑 정보전달 방식들 중에 가장 효율성이 높은 방식이 무엇인지 고찰하고, 이러한 브리핑 정보전달 방식들 중에서 사고율을 최소화하여 업무성과를 극대화할 수 있는 방식은 무엇인지 탐색하고자 한다. 또한, 브리핑 주최자의 톤과브리핑 현장 분위기가 정보전달의 효과 측면에서 어떠한 역할을 하고 팀 성과 및 업무스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 문헌분석을 통해 개념모델이 제시되었으며, 이를 검증하기 위해 경험적 데이터를 수집하였다. 설문 조사는 현재 국적 대형항공사에 재직 중인 항공사 승무원을 대상으로, 2018년 12월부터 2019년 6월까지로 진행하였다. 총 250부의 설문지를 배포하였으며 불성실한 응답 2 부를 제외하고 총 248부의 유효한 설문지를 SPSS Statistics/Amos 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 질의응답 또는 발표 및 시연을 통한 브리핑은 사고율을 낮춰주고 브리핑을 주최하는 주최자의 Tone은 조절변수 역할을 한다는 것을 확인했다. 또한 사고율은 업무스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을 끼치며, 팀성과에도 부(-)의 영향을 끼친다. 따라서 본 연구는 업무 효율성에 있어 브리핑의 중요성을 인식하고, 효과적인 브리핑을 위해 구체적인 매뉴얼을 만들어야 할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the most effective method among various briefing information delivery methods and to search for ways to maximize work performance by minimizing the irregularity among these briefing information delivery methods. In addition, we examined how the tone of the briefing organizer and the mood of the briefing site play a role in terms of the effect of information transfer and how it affects team performance and work stress. Based on a literature review, a conceptual model was proposed. In order to test the proposed conceptual model, data was collected. The survey was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019 with airline crews currently serving major national airlines. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 248 valid questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Statistics Amos 21.0 program, excluding two invalid questionnaires. Through this study, briefings through questions-answers or presentations have been shown to significantly lower the irregularity and confirmed that the tone of organizers hosting briefings has moderating effects. In addition, the irregularity has a negative effect on work stress and team performance. This study suggests that it is necessary to recognize the importance of briefing styles on work efficiency, suggesting specific manuals be made for effective briefing.
