- 목 적：fluoxetine 투여 후 세로토닌 재흡수 작용은 단기간에 일어나지만, 항우울 효과는 일정 기간 경과 후 나타나기 때문에, fluoxetine의 치료효과는 단순한 세로토닌 재흡수 억제 작용이 아닌 좀더 복잡한 작용기전에 의한 것으로 추정된다. cDNA microaray 칩을 이용하?
