저항성 누설전류를 이용한 절연저항 측정에 관한 연구

Abstract

The method of measuring insulation resistance by resistive leakage current has the advantage of ease of measurement because no power outage is required compared to the method of direct measurement of insulation resistance, but the reliability and effectiveness are found to be low. As shown in the study, resistive leakage current is greatly affected by the value of the load current, so it is difficult to guarantee its reliability under no or small load. In addition, for three phase loads, it is not possible to measure a resistive leakage current to date, so the measurement of insulation resistance by a resistive leakage current measurement is not effective. If harmonic loads are present, the resistive leakage current may be overstated by the harmonic component. Therefore, measure the insulation resistance as possible and measure the resistive leakage current as an auxiliary means of measuring the insulation resistance. If only the resistive leakage current is measured without measuring insulation resistance, the variation of the resistive leakage current shall be tracked by the database through regular measurement to determine the abnormalities shall be determined.; 절연은 시간이 지남에 따라 전기적, 기계적, 환경적 요인들로 인하여 그 성능이 열화되어 누설전류가 흐르게 되는데 이 누설전류에 의해 감전사고나 화재사고가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 사고를 방지하기 위하여 정기적으로 절연저항을 측정하여 누설전류가 흐르는지 확인하여야 한다. 절연저항을 측정하기 위해서는 정전이 필수적인 데 반해 현실적으로 정전을 시키고 절연저항을 측정하기가 쉽지 않다. 그래서 정전을 시킬 수 없는 부득이한 경우 활선 상태에서 누설전류계를 이용하여 저항성 누설전류를 측정하여 절연저항을 측정하고 있다. 누설전류는 저항성 누설전류와 용량성 누설전류로 구성되어 있고, 용량성 누설전류는 계통구성 상 필연적으로 흐를 수밖에 없는 전류이기 때문에 저항성 누설전류의 크기를 제한하여 누설전류에 의한 사고를 방지할 수 있다.

본 논문은 누설전류 중에서 저항성 누설전류를 추출하여 절연저항으로 환산하는 활선 절연저항 측정방법에 대한 실용성과 신뢰성을 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 실험을 위해서 저항성 누설전류를 측정 가능한 측정계기를 사용하여 실제 사용 중인 건축물의 저압전기설비의 누설전류를 측정하고, 절연저항계로 절연저항을 실측하였다. 절연저항을 직접 측정하는 방법과 저항성 누설전류를 측정하여 절연저항을 측정하는 방법을 비교하고, 저항성 누설전류 측정에 의한 활선 절연저항 측정방법의 유효성과 신뢰성을 확인하고, 문제점을 도출하고자 한다.
