Integrated Nursing Care Service has been conducted in Korea since 2013, and there are several suggestions to enhance the medical staff’s efficiency. This research aims to develop a model of intelligent healthscape to delineate ecological constraints of robotic environment. A qualitative study was implemented and video analyses were conducted. To support the main theme, we interpreted environmental elements as smart servicescape we developed. Given that a medical robot service is implemented in complex adaptive systems having diversified contextual and environmental factors of medical services, this ecological approach would be appropriate for understanding medical service experiences. Consequently, the intelligent healthscape from an ecological perspective could be applied to develop a design framework for new medical services.en_US
