작품용 묘염에 있어서 식물성 천연염료의 이용가능성에 관한 연구

Abstract

작품용 묘염에 깊이있고 우아한 색채를 표현할 수 있는 천연염료를 이용하면 작품의 질이 훨씬 향상될 수 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 묘염에 천연염료를 이용할 수 있는 가능성을 알아보고자,매염제에 의한 색채 변화, 염액온도에 따른 염색성,고착처리 방법에 따른 일광견뢰도 차이를 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 식물성 천연염료는 많이 활용하는 치자,느룹나무 껍질, 쑥,울금,커피,오미자,녹차잎, 양파껍질,황백, 소목을 이 용하였고 매염제는 A12(S04)3, Fe2S04, CuS04'5H20을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 매염제의 종류에 따라 색 채가 큰 차이를 나타내었고 염료용액의 온도가 고온일수록 염색성이 중가함을 보였다. 무엇보다도 작품을 액자에 넣어 보관하는 경우 일광견퇴도가 문제가 되는데 본 연구결과 Steaming으로 고착처리 후 유기용 제로 Oiling처리를 한번 더 행하면 일광견뢰도 등급이 4-5로 높아져 일광견뢰도가 향상됨을 보였다. 따라 서 식물성 천연염료를 묘염에 이용하는 경우 한 가지 천연염료의 추출만으로도 매염제에 의해 발현되는 다색성을 디자인에 활용할 수 있음을 알았고, 염색성 및 일광견뢰도에도 큰 문제가 없으므로 작품용 묘염 에 천연염료의 이용이 가능함올 알 수 있었다. The natural dyes used were gardenia seeds, elm tree—bark, artemisia, saffron, coffee, maximowiczia chinensis, green tee leaf, onion-peel, cork oak, Joiner. And mordant reagents used were A12(S04)3, Fe2S04, CuS04*5H20. The results were as follows. There were many color differences according to usage of mordant reagents in painting dyeing, in the most case, Al-mordanting showed high lightness, Cu and Fe—mordanting showed low lightness. The temperature of dye solution more riser, the dyeᅳ ability more increaser. And the steaming + oiling treatment more improved the color fastness to light as against the only steaming or only oiling treatment. Therefore,by this research, it was possible to use natural dye in painted dyeing.
