dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 공유리더십, 조직시민행동, 팀 효과성 간의 영향관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 국내 기업에 재직 중인 직장인 206명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 SPSS 23.0을 이용해 분석하였으며, 선행연구들에서 검증된 측정도구들을 사용하거나 일부분을 수정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 공유리더십은 팀 효과성에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 공유리더십의 하위요인인 개발 및 멘토링은 팀 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 보였으며, 공유리더십의 지원 및 격려 그리고 개발 및 멘토링은 팀 만족에 정(+)의 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 공유리더십의 지원 및 격려는 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공유리더십의 지원 및 격려와 팀 만족 사이에서 조직시민행동은 부분매개효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 우리나라에서 대다수 조직이 팀제로 운영되는 만큼 팀 효과성을 높이기 위해서 팀원들의 공유리더십과 조직시민행동을 더 발휘할 수 있도록 인적자원개발 측면의 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between shared leadership, organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and team effectiveness, To do this, we analyzed the data collected through the questionnaire survey of 206 employees who were working in Korean companies by SPSS 23.0. And we used or modified some of the measurement tools that were validated in previous studies. For this aims, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 206 employees working in Korean companies. The results are as follows. First, shared leadership has had a positive impact on team effectiveness. Development and mentoring, sub-factors of shared leadership, had positive impacts on team performance. And support & consideration, development & mentoring had positive effects on team satisfaction. Second, support and consideration, which are subordinate to shared leadership, positively influenced OCB. Third, between support and consideration, sub-factors of shared leadership, and team satisfaction OCB was partially mediated. As the majority of organizations in Korea are operated as a team, we discussed the implications of human resources development in order to enhance team effectiveness and shared leadership and OCB.en_US
