과학대중화 프로그램으로서 생활과학교실의 만족도와 교육적 효과에 대한 학부모 인식

Abstract

현재 과학대중화사업으로서 이루어지고 있는 생활과학교실 프로그램은 흥미로운 과학실험과 체험을 통해 과학기술을 쉽고 재미있게 이해하고 생활화할 수 있도록 하기 위한 지역 중심의 풀뿌리 과학문화확산사업이다. 그리하여 과학의 대중화라는 사회적 측면과 부모가 아동에게 미치는 잠재적 능력의 극대화를 위한 개인적 측면에서 생활과학교실 프로그램에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제기한다. 따라서 현재 아동을 생활과학교실 프로그램에 참여시키고 있는 학부모를 대상으로 프로그램의 만족도와 교육적 효과를 살펴 보고자한다. 설정된 연구문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구는 한양대학교 청소년과학기술진흥센터에서 진행하고 있는 강남구와 성동구 생활과학교실에 아동을 참여시키고 있는 학부모 111명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였고 분석과정을 통하여 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 생활과학교실에 자녀를 참가시키는 학부모는 프로그램이 가지는 저렴하면서도 좋은 내용의 수업에 만족하고 있으며, 프로그램을 통하여 자녀가 과학을 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주며 과학에 대한 관심도 증가하였다고 하였다. 또한 생활과학교실 프로그램의 내용은 학원보다 좋은 것으로 평가되었고, 게다가 생활과학교실 프로그램이 자녀의 학교 과학수업의 흥미를 높이는데 도움이 된다고 생각하고 있는 것으로 조사됐다. 또한 생활과학교실 이후 가정에서 자녀와 상호작용도 증가되고 과학에 있어서 학부모의 관심도 증가됨을 알 수 있었다.; Currently as the program which popularization of science the life scientific class program which is become accomplished fortune scientific test and experience to lead in interest and scientific technique to be easy and there to be to understand and life anger the possibility of doing in order to be, a fun and description below it is a grass root scientific culture diffusion enterprise in the area center for. It does so and the necessity of the research against a life scientific class program from the personal side for the maximum anger of the be latent ability where the social side and the parents who are popularization of science fall on to the child it proposes. Consequently currently the parents who is participating the child to a life scientific class program it observes the satisfactory tile education effect of program in the object and the reporter it does. From the hazard which solves the research problem which is set the research which it sees 111 person parents who are participating the child to Kangnam Ku and Sungdong Ku which it is advancing from the Han Yang University, young people scientific technical promotion center and life scientific class the analysis process to execute a question investigation in the object it leads and the result which appears with afterwords. The parents who participates the sons and daughters to the life scientific class satisfactory in study of good contents was cheap the program has and it was being, program it led and the place where the sons and daughters understands a science a many help it gave and also the interest regarding a science increased it did. Also the contents of life scientific class program is evaluated that it is better school than, in addition becomes the place help where the life scientific classroom program raises the interest of school scientific study of the sons and daughters, with the fact that it is thinking that. Also also the sons and daughters and interaction increasing from the life scientific classroom after family, there was to a science and it increases the possibility of knowing there was also interest of the parents.
