이론과 실습을 통한 水準別 敎育課程에 관한 硏究

Abstract

수준별 교육과정은 학습자의 학습능력 수준과 요구에 대응하는 차별적·선택적 교육을 제공하는데 근본적인 의의를 두고 있다. 학습 능력에 비해 교육내용이 어렵거나 쉬울 경우에는 상승적 상호작용이 일어나지 않으며, 학습자의 학습능력 수준이 교육 내용의 난이도 수준에 대응할 때 학습이 잘 이루어 질수 있다. 국가수준의 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 수준별 교과처럼 정형화된 수준별 교육과정을 강요하고 있지 않지만, 가능한 학생 개개인의 수준에 적합한 개별화 수업을 제공하는 측면에서 전문교과의 수준별 교육과정 적용은 매우 바람직한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 공업계 학생들에게 맞는 수준별 교수·학습 모형을 개발하여 적용해 본 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 많은 과제가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 7차 교육과정에서 추구하는 개별화 수업을 공업계고등학교에서도 적용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 먼저 일선 교사들의 교육과정에 대한 충분한 이해가 요구된다고 생각한다. 학생들의 전체적인 학업성취도를 높여 기본 과정에 충실한 후에야 심화 보충 학습이 의미가 있을 것이라 생각하며 이를 위해서는 수업을 담당하는 교사들이 수준별 교수 학습이 학생들의 학력을 신장시키고 학습에 대한 흥미를 높일 수 있다는 확신을 가지고 다양한 수준별 교수 학습 모형을 개발하고 학습자료를 찾아 활용할 수 있는 능력을 길러야 할 것이다. 아울러 한 학급 내에서의 수준별 교수학습을 위해서 학생 주도적인 수업의 방법을 택해야 하고 이를 위해서는 교사는 학습자료를 개발해야 하며 학생들에게 개발된 학습 자료를 제시해야 할 것이다. 수준별 교육과장을 실행하는 과정에서 발생하는 교사들의 수업부담에 대한 정책적인 배려와 교육비용의 증가에 대비한 기자재 및 시설의 적절한 배치와 공급이 이루어진다면 공업고등학교에서도 다양한 수준별 교수 학습 모형의 적용으로 학생들의 학력신장과 다양한 요구에 대비할 수 있을 것이다.; The results of the so far developed and applied level of teaching-learning models deemed suitable for technical high school students, have proven to create new problems that us now. First of all teachers are required to understand fully, about the curriculum they teach. Teachers in order to apply this curriculum, must also adjust it to the particularistic of the class they teach. Each class of students has there own needs and requirements due to make up of the students levels of understanding. I think that teachers are suppose to raise in whole the achievement and studies level. This also includes raising students academic achievements is primarily achieved by completing faithfully the basic course required. After and only after. accomplishing these basic course, additional deepening and supplementary studies should be added. Teachers in charge of classes should have confidence that the level of teaching-learning is increasing in students. Teachers should also have confidence is attainments of scholarship to students who are best in interest in learning. Teachers should be able to develop a variety of levels in teaching-learning models. The teachers involved need to find learning material to raise abilities, to put them to practical use. In the teaching-learning models given a system of knowing what students do better is removed. To increase scholarship, and cope with the many requests by having to apply a variety of level teaching-learning models in a technical school, The basic needs and curriculums must be met first.
