Abstract
Presentation before an audience, which is a formal event to deliver information and to persuade someone to get support for a proposal is becoming indispensable ability among career professionals. But most presenters get nervous in the presence of an audience. Precedented researches show that presenter's nervousness before an audience is related to self-efficacy. This study here applied promotion strategy of self-efficacy to the development of 'presentation education' program by utilizing Bandura's 4 sources of self-efficacy and Schunk's promotional method of self-efficacy. This study also developed off-line program in the blended learning, which is combined type of on-line and off-line learning. At analysis stage, learners' need analysis was made through questionnaire survey and at the design stage, instructional strategy and instructional media to which learning content, learning goal, objective and promotion strategy of self-efficacy were applied were drawn based on the result of learners' need analysis. Finally, at the development stage, teacher's lesson plan was developed by applying learning content, learning goal, objective, instructional strategy and instructional media, which were drawn at design stage.
